I’m being shown someone who has been laid to rest near water, or had a strong connection to water. They want you to know they are at peace and happy with where they are.

This person never wanted to burden anyone. They kept a lot to themselves and didn’t always show how much they were carrying.

There is a sense that something happened suddenly, or something was discovered very quickly, which took everyone by surprise.

The name of a flower feels significant here. Rose, Lily, or Iris comes through strongly from spirit.

Singing “Happy Birthday” feels important right now. This could be a recent birthday, an upcoming one, or a moment where you’ve been thinking about them.

I see someone passing an exam or a driving test, possibly both. This feels like a clear sign of progress and something to be proud of.

Look out for a white feather. That’s a sign from your loved one letting you know they are still around you.

The initial J comes through, possibly John, Jim, or James. This feels connected either to the loved one or someone close around you.

You don’t like to ask for help. You’ve always been someone who just gets on with things on your own. Independent, strong, but at times it’s left you feeling quite alone. It feels like you had to grow up quickly, almost like support wasn’t always there in the way you needed, or there was disappointment from someone who should have been there for you.

There’s mention of alcohol or some form of addiction around you or connected to your past, and it ties into what feels like a more traumatic life experience. You’ve carried a lot, more than people realise.

I’m being shown new beginnings around you now. A shift. Things starting to change, even if it’s taken time to get here.

A loved one comes through who passed at their time. They want you to know they were ready to go, and that they truly did have a wonderful life. They show me a big birthday linked to them, something like a 70th or 80th, which feels significant.

The name Ann comes through, or an “A” initial around you. This feels important.

I’m also being shown a small photo that was left with a loved one, something placed with them that meant a lot.

There’s a strong focus on appearance. Someone’s hair being made absolutely beautiful. They make me aware that they may have lost their hair at one point, but they want you to see them now as they are in spirit, with their hair, feeling like themselves again. Happy, beautiful, and back to who they truly were.

They felt so much love from family, but there is also a sense that someone let them down, and that stayed with them.

They want you to know how happy they are with you and everything you did for them. They adore you. They are proud of you in a way that feels very deep and emotional.

They keep encouraging you, almost repeating it… sing, express yourself, believe in yourself and what you can do. There’s something within you that needs to be shared, not held back.

Don’t beat around the bush right now with someone. Say it as it is. They wouldn’t hold back if it was the other way around. Don’t be afraid of rejection. It’s more important that you’re honest than staying quiet and being messed about. You’ve been too patient, and it’s time to stop letting someone treat you like an option when you deserve so much more.

You deserve the world, and you need to start acting like that. Not from ego, but from knowing your worth.

There’s a lady in spirit coming through very strongly, and she wants you to know she loves you to the moon and back. That love feels constant, protective, and very real around you.

The initial M comes through around her, Mary, Margaret, or something similar. I also feel a P initial being significant, possibly Paul or a name close to that. She’s sending love out to the family as well, not just you.

I’m being shown a cross necklace, something that was worn or held close. There’s also a strong link to a ring. Two rings feel important here, and I’m drawn to ask if you have one of them or know where one is.

A pink rose is being handed to you, along with a white one. These feel symbolic, possibly something that was left, given, or connected to your loved one.

Again, there’s that same feeling around you, you don’t ask for anything, you just do everything on your own. You carry a lot quietly.

There’s also recognition here, congratulations around a new beginning or something you’ve achieved through your work. This hasn’t been easy, but you’ve pushed through and it’s paying off.

Now it’s time to move forward properly. Step into it fully.

Stop saying no because you’re worried about what people think or what they might say. That fear has held you back more than you realise. It’s time to choose yourself without hesitation.

You need to go forward now, not backwards. Even though it feels like you’ve taken a step back, sometimes life makes you do things that feel that way. Moving home, going back somewhere familiar, downsizing, or making changes you didn’t really want to make… it can feel like a setback, but it isn’t. This isn’t forever. Things will get better. After every storm, there is a rainbow, and you are strong enough to get through this. Spirit keeps showing me that you are a force to be reckoned with, even if you don’t always see it yourself.

You are very in tune with your gut feelings. You need to start listening to them more. Your intuition is strong, and it’s there to guide you. Once someone has broken your trust, you don’t have to let them back in or give them another chance just because they ask. You’re allowed to protect your energy.

There may be talk of legal matters or something around court, or someone trying to threaten you in some way. But it feels like a lot of noise, someone blowing smoke, exaggerating, or telling lies. It doesn’t feel like anything will actually come from it. The truth will come out, and things will settle.

A loved one in spirit comes through who may have had issues with their heart or chest, possibly a heart attack. They want you to know they are completely fine now. They place their hand on your shoulder, letting you know they are with you, supporting you.

They also want you to follow your dreams. Travel, see the world, experience more of life. Don’t let anxiety hold you back. Solo travelling would actually be really good for you, it would bring a sense of freedom and clarity you haven’t felt in a while.

There is also a feeling of someone who passed before their time. They want you to know they are safe, happy, and at peace now.
